Our Mission
Here in the Pacific Northwest, people take ecological choices seriously. With animal agriculture as one of the world’s leading causes of climate change, choosing a plant-based diet is more important than ever. We aim to make that transition easy, fun, and delicious by crafting hearty breakfast sandwiches and burritos to share with you and other cafes. We believe in dignity for animals. While ninety-four per cent of Americans state that livestock deserves freedom from abuse and cruel conditions, 99% of them are raised in factory farms, facing hellish conditions. By eating a vegan meal, you are saving animals from that nightmare.
